Avanti makes car rental available to you through our website, below, you can find the policies when making a reservation regarding refunds and cancellations.

When making a rental and wishing to make a cancellation and refund request, the user will have a period of 15 days from the purchase to carry out the process. For this you must write an email to explaining the reasons for the cancellation and refund request. The department in charge will analyze the case and if validated, you will have 10 business days to make the refund to the same card used to make the purchase.
